Justin and I presented the Linda King Scholarship Award on Thursday. This year's recipients were Garrison Holmes, Nick Cantrell, and Lolita Terrazas. I'm thankful to each of you who make donations throughout the year for this award. Mom would love that we are helping these kids out in their pursuit of a math related degree. She would also love that they are the children of her former students (DeDe Christian Holmes and Marla Davenport Cantrell).
I'm glad to get this picture in front of mom's quilt too.
