PaPa turned 81 on Wednesday, and we celebrated his birthday tonight at Billy's Restaurant.

This has been a big year for us since the "juggler" birthday last year. We are so thankful that PaPa survived his car crash in June. He's back and better than ever!

Mom made this delicious cake for dessert.

Bluegrass is PaPa's favorite music. The group, "The Rigney Family " came to perform just for us. They are relatives of Donna Gonder.

Many of PaPa's closest friends and family were there to help him celebrate.

We missed Chizo and Lena Jones and Bill Bailey. We know they would have loved to be there.

PaPa makes some comments about how happy he was to be here...

...and then blew out the candles.

We all clapped along with the music.

Larry's family is great to have at a party.

The grandsons were hoping for Kanye West, but enjoyed a different kind of music.

While the group played "Rocky Top"...

...Bobby Newby felt the rhythm move him to the dance floor.

Kelly Marlowe also shows off his dance moves.
The kids eventually headed to the dance floor too.

PaPa is so proud of his grandsons, and great-grandsons...

...and granddaughters, and great-granddaughter.

Chester even got into the spirit of the evening.

Justin's family is so sweet!
It was a great event with lots of fun memories. We wish PaPa many more years of love and laughter.
