On Saturday, we woke up to find that winter had dropped its first snow. It must also be the first snow for this adorable baby woodpecker as he tries to find something to eat this morning.
We didn't let the weather keep us from a very important date. The kids got to meet Santa today and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. Stephenie made the cute shirts they are wearing.
Annie describes the pony dress up set she wants as Santa listens intently.
Easton also gets a turn telling Santa that he wants a Megatron "bot".
Santa even let us all get in on a group picture.
Later, we went to mom's house where Annie found her presents under the tree. She especially loves this one that has a little tiny bow. She can't wait to open them on Christmas day!
Annie helped grammy put out the nativity scene. She loves to arrange the people around the manger.
Easton helps grammy play some Christmas music on the piano.
